Subject	Formatting Hierarchy Classifiers
Hello, I have been working on creating a geographic index for use in my organization's collections. I have found that for some countries we need to have a multicountry / regional section. What I need to know is if there is a way to bold an individual entry, or to put a space after an entry. We now have: Europe Balkans Multi-country_-_Regional Albania Bosnia_and_Herzegovina Macedonia Montenegro_FRY Serbia_FRY What we would like is: Europe Balkans Multi-country_-_Regional Albania Bosnia_and_Herzegovina Macedonia Montenegro_FRY Serbia_FRY OR Europe Balkans Multi-country_-_Regional Albania Bosnia_and_Herzegovina Macedonia Montenegro_FRY Serbia_FRY Does anyone have any ideas? I've read the manual but have not found what I need.
