When I do one file only, it works fine. Do I really have to do just one
file at a time or is there some "fix" for this?

When I imported a group of html files, it worked fine so I think it's the
conversion process.

I have tried this both from the web interface and the command line and run
into the same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any hints? (Note - I uninstalled and
reinstalled Greenstone and the Collection Builder and that didn't help)
