Subject	A Collection Building tool.
Ok. I messaged the list awhile back about a program I have been working on to get my organization's (Mercy Corps. www.mercycorps.org) digital library off the ground. After much hard work programming, I have finally come up with the framework I will present to you all. It is written in PHP and has a MySQL backend. I will warn you now, it is VERY Mercy Corps specific at the moment, though I am thinking about adding the dublin core metadata to it for you all. Also note, the programming will be.. umm..
