Subject Redhat Vs. Slackware.. Why did you choose Slackware?
Hello there,

My organization has been running over the Slackware vs. Redhat debate. I am
born and raised Slackware, and thus am biased toward it. I believe Redhat
to be overly feature rich, and difficult to configure from the command line.
My boss tends to lean toward Redhat. What I'm looking for are the reasons
that Greenstone is developed on Slackware. I've already convinced my boss
that Slackware would be a better choice for our production machine, now I'm
looking for reasons that others feel the same way. Facts only please, he's
already gotten all the opinion from me. (as well as a large chunk of the
facts *grin*)

Thanks in advance!
