This September the company contacted Small Business Liaison Officers within 46 prime contractors, offering Boone's capabilities statement and getting listed in the official small-business databases. They also submitted Bidders' Mailing List Applications (SF 129) to 24 government contracting offices in the Washington/Baltimore area, and they began negotiating possible joint ventures with other companies.
