WHEREAS it is expedient that more effectual provision be made tor the keepiog of Ihe Queen's Peace« and tor ihe Administration of Justice within Districts over which the Native Title has not been extinguished: Be it tberefore enacted, by the General Assembly of New Zealand, in Parliamenl assembled, and by Ihe autbority of the same, as follows: i.ioiSTrnmoN OF NATIVE CIRCUIT COURTS.
